The dciman32.dll file is the Dynamic Link Library for the Display Control Interface (DCI) Manager. The DCI manager is used to improve graphics performance when using direct video memory access. Applications that typically rely on the dciman32.dll file for performance include games, CAD drawing applications, and graphics editing software.
